14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to yannick.westermann01@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

REFUNDS

We will reimburse the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order. Reimbursement will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. Your statutory rights, including the EU legal guarantee for defective goods, are not limited by this policy.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal may not apply to genuinely personalized or made-to-specification goods where the legal requirements for that exception are met and you were informed before purchase. Standard made-to-order WatchKit products are not treated as personalized solely because they are sourced after an order is placed.
