Shipping policy

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING

WatchKit products are assembled as complete component kits after you place your order. The current processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch. We will contact you if a material delay occurs.

SHIPPING RATES

Germany: €6.90 per order.
European Union: €14.90 per order.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Germany with tracking where available. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–8 business days to most EU destinations. Transit estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by the carrier, public holidays or events outside our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address is incorrect. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that it can be redirected. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

PACKAGING

Each kit is quality-checked and repacked before dispatch. Components, reusable tools and instructions are packed together to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
